Arizona Rental Rates on the Rise
AZ rental rates are rising due to the rapidly rising cost of Arizona real estate.
There are a variety of houses available with 3 and 4 bedrooms in Gold Canyon, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Scottsdale, Ahwatukee, and Mesa for under $1,650.00, but not below $1150 for the lower end smaller homes.

I currently have a mesa rental on the golf course, almost 2000 square feet, 4 bed, 2 bath, with a pool for $1,650.00/mo.
